Option 1

Virtual Group Coaching

Starting at $100/session

Groups of 2-10 People

  • Virtual is the in thing to do. It is convenient, removes travel time, and allows us to connect from miles apart.
  • Group coaching is a whole different experience than individual coaching.
  • There is a certain amount of anonymity with virtual group coaching – allowing us to be more open about personal matters.
  • Listen with respect and contribute with supporting comments.
  • Virtual coaching is flexible – which means you can watch a recorded session at your convenience if you cannot make it to a live session.
  • There will be XX sessions offered; take as many as you need to reach your goal. However, it is recommended that you complete the entire program.

Option 2

Virtual Coaching

One-on-one coaching is the ideal environment for many. It’s more personal and private and allows a more direct approach to working on your issues. You will be free to say what is on your mind and have the entire session devoted to seeking a solution for your specific needs.

 

Starting at $150/session

Single Person Only

  • One-on-one allows you to pick your time to meet.
  • Complete anonymity and zero pressure.
  • No distractions or unexpected changes of direction with the sessions.

Option 3

In-Person Coaching

Prefer in-person? I get it. While virtual has its advantages, something is lacking for many people. My in-person coaching can be individual or group. Group coaching is discounted based on the number of participants. If your location involves travel beyond a 50 mile radius (for me) there may be a surcharge to cover traveling expenses.

Starting at $200/session

Groups of 2-24 people

  • Group discussions remind us that we are not alone. 
  • Finding comfort in a support group helps us be more open and brings a different insight that might not be readily obvious to others.
  • Camaraderie is a good thing, even in the face of an unwelcomed condition. 

2-5 Participants: $200/session

6-12 Participants: $175/session

12+ Participants: $150/session

THE RULE OF THREE

Key Components to Coaching

Everyone needs a little body-mind-spirit work for their health. In my coaching, we will follow this rule of three, meaning there are three key components we will be working on.

Body (Exercise)

We will focus on some simple everyday exercises you can practice to strengthen your pelvic floor and gain more body control.

Mind (Education)

The first step is empowering you with the knowledge to regain control over your pelvic floor. You must understand what is happening inside your body before you can work on a solution.

Spirit (Meditation)

Through guided meditation, you’ll learn to love your body – even the parts that betray you. With a strong mind, you will have a stronger belief in yourself and the goals you seek.
